This site was once occupied by a three bedroom detached house with a large front and rear garden, and backing onto Richmond Park. Gilbert Homes acquired the site in 2006 and after successfully gaining planning permission, built two semi-detached houses and three terraced houses forming a gated development. All have since been sold.
